**Shipment Processing Time**

We usually process orders within 2-5 business days. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or holidays.

**Shipping Times & Rates**

- **Standard Shipping**: Delivery within 5-14 business days.

- **Expedited Shipping**: Delivery within 5 business days after production, available only if there is a manufacturer in your region.

- **International Shipping**: Delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location.

**Order Tracking**

Once your order is on its way, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package within 24 hours of receiving the email.

**Customs & Taxes**

Any customs duties or taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

**Damaged Shipments**

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Remember to keep all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.
